The application and complaint templates are free: you may download, change and share them. Whoever files a document is responsible for its content. We are not responsible for decisions of banks or public authorities.

  • Do not post personal data, yours or anyone else's: passport numbers, JMBG, EBS, addresses, phone numbers, document scans.
