OUP opšti deo (general terms, 24.08.2026), ch. 4 t. 1.1: notices to the bank — “preporučenim pismom sa povratnicom, upućenom na adresu sedišta Banke” (by registered mail with return receipt to the bank's registered office), in person at a branch, or by another agreed method. For a prigovor, name the department.

In person: at any branch of the bank. Bring a second copy of the application and ask staff to mark it as received, with the date.

In person: at any branch: the bank must accept a written complaint and give you a receipt with the place, time and name of the employee (t. 6 st. 1 Odluke NBS 51/2025).
