Website: “Pisanim putem nam se možete obratiti na adresu centrale banke: Raiffeisen banka, Đorđa Stanojevića 16, 11070 Novi Beograd” (you can write to us at the head office address). The address is the same as the sedište (registered office).

In person: at any branch of the bank. Bring a second copy of the application and ask staff to mark it as received, with the date.

In person: at any branch: the bank must accept a written complaint and give you a receipt with the place, time and name of the employee (t. 6 st. 1 Odluke NBS 51/2025).
