Habr (2023) lists Komercijalna/NLB among banks where Russians found it “difficult or impossible” to open an account. wiki.private.law (09.2026): no public data on its practice with non-residents. ybcase (an aggregator, unreliable) writes about a notarized document package and a minimum balance of 500 EUR, probably referring to corporate accounts. No 2024–2026 stories about the basic account or written refusals were found.

Caveats

  • The e-pisarnica is on the old @nlbkb.rs domain; the reliable channel is [email protected]
  • Online opening is only for citizens and residents of Serbia
  • No separate PUN or tariff for non-resident individuals
  • OU čl. 13: the refusal ground “apetit za rizik Banke i/ili NLB Grupe” is broader than the law (čl. 73nj ZPU)
  • No EBS or beli karton requirements are published; the KYC form has a “JMBG / Identifikacioni broj” field
  • There is no PDF prigovor form, only an online form
