Where to send the application

No separate correspondence address — same building as the sedište (registered office). For changes of personal data, the OUP (general terms) gives “Milentija Popovića 7b, 11070 Beograd (za Kontakt centar)”. Prigovori: name the department (see the address under “Where to send the prigovor”).

In person: at any branch of the bank. Bring a second copy of the application and ask staff to mark it as received, with the date.

Do they open accounts?: yes: the basic account is a “dinarski račun za rezidente i nerezidente” for anyone with zakonit boravak (legal stay); also Dinarski platni račun po viđenju za nerezidente and Devizni platni račun za nerezidente
