Asked for beyond the law:

• for a foreigner — a document showing place of residence over the last year (in the sample for a Russian citizen, the internal passport)
• under KYC — proof of the source of funds
• online pre-approval via the web form, then a visit to a branch within 5 working days, otherwise the application lapses
• the questionnaire has no “platni račun sa osnovnim uslugama” option — state it separately
