Same as the sedište (registered office). OUP (general terms) 04.05.2026: “Sva obaveštenja koja Klijent dostavlja Banci dostavljaju se na adresu sedišta Banke ili njenih organizacionih jedinica” (all notices from the client go to the address of the bank's head office or its units).

In person: at any branch of the bank. Bring a second copy of the application and ask staff to mark it as received, with the date.

Online: Online opening is available: “lična karta ili pasoš”, a phone with a camera, video identification. Video identification is not possible for clients with a high AML risk or from countries with “strateškim nedostacima” (strategic deficiencies). Whether it works with a foreign passport and no JMBG has not been verified.
